About the Book:

Angels in the Bible for Little Ones gives children a fascinating look into how powerful behind-the-scenes helpers interacted with Bible greats such as Abraham, Daniel, and Mary, acting as messengers, protectors, warriors, and more.

This padded cover board book, written by bestselling author Allia Zobel Nolan and illustrated by Alisa Massari, brings eight stories from the Bible to life for little ones.

My Thoughts:

I love children's books, and the ones designed for little hands make my heart smile.  As a Nana to five littles, Allia Zobel Nolan is my favorite children's author.  She always writes with quality, staying true to the Biblical account while putting the story into words and phrases that are easily understood and remembered by little minds.

And I don't know how an author finds an illustrator when working on a children's storybook, but Nolan always has top notch cover designs and the illustrations bring the stories to life!  "Angels In the Bible for Little Ones" is gorgeous from cover to cover, and the colors in each piece of art pop and draw the reader in.

Zonderkidz provided me with a free copy with no obligation or services provided, and I love their books because they know how to create an excellent binding, extending the life of the book.  My little granddaughter just turned 3, and when she reads a book, she REALLY reads a book!  "Angels in the Bible" will hold up just fine until baby brother Max is ready for his turn (he's 8 months old).

When it comes to quality Biblical children's books, you cannot go wrong with a book by Allia Zobel Nolan.  One more thing I love about her books?  She always includes the Scripture reference with the story, which makes it easy for parents to take their children to the Bible and show them that the story is not only true, but it's from God Himself.

"Angels In the Bible for Little Ones" gets my highest award, my "One for the ages", because the book is good for all ages, and we need more truth in the lives of our littlest ones. Plus, this is the perfect gift to put in a certain kind of holiday basket!  Until the next review...

THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE LOVELY REVIEW. I'm so happy you like the book. What I love about it, aside from the vivid artwork, is that it has a padded cover, so if it should wind up in your child's mouth, (and doesn't everything at that age?) it will be soft and won't hurt. Thanks again, Deena.
Happy Easter to all. He has Risen!
